How I work

From an idea to a PR I approve, with Grok Bot bots.

I come from sales and operations, not from engineering. I am in Guadalajara. The organization is one or two people. A main bot takes the idea and routes it. I review.

From the idea to the PR

  1. 01

    I dump the idea in chat, by voice or by text.

  2. 02

    The main bot files it in Notion and routes it to the owner bot.

  3. 03

    The owner bot writes a prompt for Claude Code, Codex, or a Cursor cloud agent.

  4. 04

    That produces a draft PR and a Vercel preview.

  5. 05

    I review it and merge it.

  6. 06

    The content bot leaves a draft of the X thread.

Models

  • Cursor Grok is the default.
  • Opus is for critical work and for reviews.
  • GPT-5.6 Sol is for design and for a second opinion.

Routines

  • Each week, a digest of what shipped.
  • On Monday, a reference radar built from the links I copied.

The team

  • HéctorSales and operations, in Guadalajara. A one- or two-person organization.
    • Main botTakes the idea and routes it. There are about 30 Grok Bot bots. On 2026-10-10 I consolidated them: there used to be about 45.
      • Owner botEvery project has one. It writes the prompt and stays with the PR through the preview.
      • Content botEvery project has one. It works a step ahead: it leaves the thread draft once the PR is merged.
  • NotionShared memory. The idea is filed there.
  • CopiThe daily summary is my personal memory, and the app exposes an MCP server.
  • HQ servicesFacturAIdor, Arvio, and Copi each expose their own MCP, so any AI can use them.
  • 0UIAn adaptive interface. It consumes those MCPs, with per-model permissions and an activity log.

Rules

- The chat stays short. The result lives where it belongs: Notion, the PR, the preview, or the thread draft.
- Anything meant to be copied goes in a code block.
- Nothing is published, merged, or paid for without my OK.
- Data is not invented.
- Bots close their browser tabs.

The week

  • Sereno 3.2.0, a free Mac notch app, released with Sparkle and a DMG.
  • Arvio's MCP is in production.
  • Copi's MCP is in production.
  • 0UI is in production, with a tool layer.
  • FacturAIdor shipped 3-tap onboarding, and its MCP is in a PR.
  • hechq moved to the house-of-ideas redesign, with the shared Headquarters menu that comes from hq.json.

On 2026-10-09 the shared bot computer ran out of memory. A routine run took off and could not be stopped. A reset is what stopped it.

Bots close their browser tabs. There needs to be a real stop button.
